vest of luck :)

So I am not implying that wearing a vest will give you instant luck or be a proverbial good luck charm but in terms of my idea of a fashion layering good luck charm I think a vest is a good bet to make your look instantly more interesting, if done the right way!  I am a huge fan of denim vests, fur vests, long vests, short vests, you name it!!  See below for previous vest adventures:)

Black and white geometric feeling for this and layers, layers, layers:))) 

Love a long vest over a dress, for added interest, this is an Alice and Olivia vest over a vintage dress, matching the meatpacking district store windows:)

Short vest over a dress version, H&M vest over a Valentino dress and camo heels.

long puffer vest, this doesn't get a lot of air time bc it usually goes from 60 to 20 overnight but still love the concept of this.  It's hard to tell but I paired this with sequin leggings and a turban:))
